Ques: » How can I enable/disable anti theft mode on my vehicles?


Ans: » 1. Send by Sms:
The format for enable anti theft mode is: ATON
The format for disable anti theft mode is: ATOFF

2. Send by App:
In App, Go to Side menu , select the tab add on reports then select AntiTheft and then choose your desire option for on/off Antitheft.
3. Send by Website:
Go to live status in menu bar then check the checkbox under AntiTheft column for on/off Antitheft for particular vehicle.

Ques: » How can I IMMOBILZE/DEIMMOBILZE GPS enabled vehicles?

In App, Go to Side menu , select the tab add on reports then select IMMOBILZE and then choose your desire option for on/off IMMOBILZE.

Ques: » How can I change my Account password?


Ans: » Click on icon on top right corner of the website. After then select click Admin Settings. A new popup will open for ask your admin creadential. After submit click on Change User Password to change user password or Change Admin Paqssword for change paasword for admin. Enter old password and new password and then click on Change Password button. Your password will change.

Ques: » What should I do if i forgot my password?


Ans: » Click on Forgot Password on Login Page. A new window will open, enter username and click on next button then enter your email id and press send button. An email with password will be sent to your Email-Address.

Ques: » How to locate vehicles on Google Map?


Ans: » Go to MAPS in MENU BAR From then go to Location on Map or click on the MAPS in MENU BAR to see the vehicles on Google Map.

Ques: » How can I view my vehicles route play back?


Ans: »Go to MAPS in MENU BAR and click on to ROUTE PLAY BACK link, select vehicle name, begin date, end date and then click on submit button. Start location and End location will appear on right side of the menu (page will take time on upload depending on internet speed). Click on PLAY button, also double or thrice click on play button to speed up view of play back. You can also stop your playback in between by clicking on STOP button.

Ques: » How can I set and view GEO FENCE on Google map?


Ans: » Go to GEOFENCE in MENU BAR and click on Set geofence, select vehicle name and drag the map at your appropriate location. Click on the map point to point from where you want to set fence and join first point to last point, fencing must be polygon in shape and at last enter your fence name and click on save fence. To view geofence click on view geofence.

Ques: » » How can I activate/deactivate my Ignition Status/ daily location/ Geofence Alert and on demand location SMS alerts?


Ans: » Go to Settings and click on to Set SMS/Notification Alerts link adjust to each service types, check/uncheck any service to vehicle name for activate/deactivate SMS service.

Ans: »Go to REPORTS in MENU BAR and click on different reports link, select vehicle name, begin date, end date and click on submit button to view reports.

Ans: »Go to REPORTS in MENU BAR and click on GEO FENCE VIOLATION link, select bvehicle name, begin date, end date and then click on submit button to view reports.

Ans: »Go to Settings in MENU BAR and click on to TogoGuard Detail link.

Ques: » How can I update my mobile number for SMS alerts, overspeed limit, overstoppage limit, drivername and vehiclename?


Ans: »Go to Settings in MENU BAR and click on to TogoGuard DETAILS link, select vehicle name and update the fields according to your requirement and then click on update button.

Ques: » How can I set SMS timings for Daily Location SMS?


Ans: »Go to Settings in MENU BAR and click on SET SMS TIMINGS link, select your timings and click on update button.

Ques: » How to recharge my SMS pack with TogoGuard?


Ans: »You need to make a DD on the name of BLACK BOX GPS TECHNOLOGY OPC PVT. LTD. Or online payment through Credit Card (Pay Online) and same should be informed to our helpline desk at 0172-6610177. SMS service will be activated within 24 hrs after receiving the payment.
